From vertical ramp-ups, new start-ups, transformation and continuous improvement, I’ve partnered with senior leaders to strategically initiate change. I believe organizations and teams that use Business Excellence & Performance Coaching can create the ideal conditions for a true learning environment, to develop their people to improve business performance. A bringer of a safe psychological space to enable individuals and teams to think out loud, to explore how they are getting in their own way and limiting their potential. To offer them a growth mindset in achieving their potential and that of their teams, by going on that journey with them having a curious mind with positive intention. To identify the key enablers to demonstrate a Return on Investment and to measure forward movement. To support and challenge the individual/team from a foundation based on a robust working agreement, to get comfortable in the uncomfortableness, knowing that their growth awaits them outside their comfort zone.
