In my current role as a Channel Partner Representative at Kennametal, I have been instrumental in driving a 12% increase in market share by developing and executing strategic sales initiatives and optimizing distributor performance. My experience also includes improving operational processes, which has resulted in significant gains in efficiency and productivity. I hold a B.S. in Energy Engineering from Pennsylvania State University, with minors in Environmental Engineering, Economics, and Spanish. My academic background, coupled with practical experience from solar research and a sustainable resources study abroad, has provided me with a strong foundation in renewable energy technologies, including solar, wind, hydro, and geothermal systems.
