As a seasoned CT/X-ray technologist with over 12 years of diverse experience, I bring a wealth of expertise to my role as a float technologist, covering multiple sites across the western metroplex. My career spans a variety of settings, including six hospitals, three urgent care centers, three stand-alone emergency rooms, five ambulatory surgery centers, and numerous outpatient imaging centers.I am highly skilled in performing all types of CT exams, including CTAs and specialized third-party protocols such as Stryker, MAKO, and Blueprint, and I often work closely with marketing to ensure these are done correctly. While my recent experience with coronary CTAs is limited, I am adept with GE CT scanners and have extensive experience with Toshiba models. I am also open to learning new technologies as required.In addition to conducting comprehensive quality control (QC) and quality assurance (QA) on all imaging equipment, I consistently upheld the highest standards of accuracy and safety.In addition to my CT specialization, I possess substantial experience with X-ray, fluoroscopy, and C-arms. I am frequently sought out to assist with complex X-ray procedures, such as TMJs and mandibles, demonstrating my strong problem-solving abilities and technical acumen.My colleagues recognize me as a dedicated team player who fosters a positive work environment and makes a significant impact with my problem-solving skills and proficiency in IV placement.
