About Trevor Gray

My previous roles have allowed me to grow an expertise in customer relations, sales, and general labor. I became the manager for the small retail shop in the heart of the Harbourfront downtown Toronto. This role allowed me to wear many hats over the years, helping me grow, and achieve so much more than expected. I was hired before the location opened and over the 5 years, personally amassed over 1 million dollars in sales, extremely low employee turnover rate compared to the rest of the company. 4 years as management, 8 total employees, 3 employees at all time, 3 leaving to pursue their respective field of study. Being in the heart of a major Toronto tourist destination selling a universally used product allowed me to interact and help people from all over the world. I did well enough to be left to my own accord for over 3 years while the owner started his main business of becoming an accounting consultant, which I later transitioned into a junior bookkeeper role that I’ve since decided to step away from. I’ve since started working for the Metro Toronto Convention Centre in Events Services, filling a casual role with them that I plan on continuing to work if offered this opportunity. I do get to set my own schedule as well as pick up shifts at my convenience so to not interfere with other job opportunities. There are many roles that I truly believe I can be successful in, if given the chance.
