I am currently working in Healthcare management and compliance and have been for the previous 5 years. I am very interested in continuing to contribute to the healthcare industry, specifically focusing on mental health. I am most familiar with Operations Management but also have experience in Case Management, Healthcare Complaince, and as a behavioral health technician. My fulfillment in a work environment comes from observing, then breaking down the big picture to improve processes and make things better for both employees and clients at the same time. I enjoy solving problems and attempting to find the most optimal outcome while considering all factors. I also gain immense satisfaction from leading a team, being available to make their jobs easier, and helping my team grow into leaders themselves.
