Over 20 years ICT experience across a diverse range of disciplines I provide strategic leadership delivering close alignment of IT to business outcomes. I balance a financial services and public sector policing background with commercial and outsourcing experience. Over 8 years experience leading technology strategy and enterprise architecture for significantly important organisations in the UK. I focus on the big picture, the strategic outcomes and the long range challenges for an organisation. I set the direction and then work collaboratively to bring others on the journey. By bringing varied stakeholder outcomes together through an EA framework I ensure technology and information is efficiently and effectively used to support business goals and objectives. By adapting EA concepts to the organisations culture I provide sustainable and actionable strategic planning for ICT delivery. I'm people focused, bringing a confident and passionate approach to leading teams, managing resources, working executive teams and ensuring delivery is focused on value through the adoption of technology solutions.
