About Trevor Herron

As a Senior Program Manager for NORAM, EMEA & APAC at Milestone Technologies, I lead and execute complex and diverse projects for the global operations of our clients, some of the world's largest tech companies. I have over 7 years of experience in project and program management, and I hold the CAPM and PSM credentials, which demonstrate my knowledge and skills in waterfall and agile methodologies. My core competencies include logistics, transport, health and safety, data analytics, and stakeholder management. I have successfully delivered projects that involved creating and adapting operational functions, policies, and systems, implementing innovative solutions for carbon offsetting and transport services, and managing the rollout of a transport service project in 25 locations worldwide. I am passionate about solving problems and delivering value, both for my clients and my teams. I am always looking for new challenges and opportunities to grow and contribute to the company's vision and goals.
