About Trevor Hodgkinson

I have been working in the IT industry for over 25 years and started my journey by doing voluntary work in the 1990’s with charities to gain valuable experience. I got my first IT admin job in 1996 and within 4 years I had my Microsoft/Novell/Cisco qualifications and have continued to work hard to be in my current position. I now have over 4 and a half years of Azure cloud engineer experience with Crossrail Ltd (a subsidiary of Transport for London) which helped the business to deliver the Elizabeth line which opened in May 2022. In April 2023 I passed my Microsoft Certified Azure Solutions Architect Expert qualification. I am also delighted to say I started a new role at Atrium Underwriters Ltd in August 2023. In addition to my cloud experience and qualifications, I am a very experienced infrastructure engineer. I supported on-premises servers and their associated infrastructure for over 20 years and the experience I have gained over that period of time has been invaluable in providing first-class support and problem-solving extending into the cloud-based arena. I also have gained experience in designing Azure solutions and implementing them.
