About Trevor Lee

An experienced commercial construction professional with over 13 years of experience. I have worked for sophisticated clients such as USACE, GSFIC, Ely Lilly, City of Atlanta, Southwest Airlines, and Emory University building complex commercial projects utilizing multiple delivery methods including design build, hard bid, and CMAR. I have served in several operational roles in the field and office sides of the general contracting business throughout my career such as Field Engineer, Office Engineer, Project Engineer, Assistant Project Manager, Assistant Superintendent, and Project Superintendent. I served as a Superintendent at Atlanta Airport on the Landside Modernization Canopy Project and Emory Health Science Research Building 2. My total work volume in operational roles on the GC side of the business is north of $1 billion. I recently transitioned to the Program Management side as a Project Manager at HJAIA managing capital projects for Planning and Development within the Department of Aviation. I am currently a project manager on Concourse D Widening project representing the owner (City of Atlanta/DOA) where I manage budget, schedule, design, the CMAR, and communication with both internal and external airport stakeholders. I’m apart of ATL NEXT Program which is an $11 billion capital improvement program for Hartsfield Jackson Atlanta International Airport (HJAIA).
