Since 2003, I've been honoured to work for The Miller Group and now, Colas Canada Inc. These infamous companies have provided me with resources and growth opportunities to continue learning and developing as a colleague, professional, and leader. Colas has allowed me to diversify my work experience and excel in a variety of positions in the organization including Estimating, Project Management, Technical Services, and Asset Management, specializing in a multitude of products and services. I enjoy supporting and growing people, being resourceful, innovating and implementing new methods, and continuously improving practices and processes. Setting aspirational goals and achieving them provides me with a great sense of accomplishment. Creditability is important to me and therefore, continuously conduct myself with high standards, morals, and values and seek to be ethically, socially, and environmentally responsible.
