The leadership team wanted to help their Associates/Analysts be more effective in their day-to-day roles, through developing their communication/presentation skills. This was specifically around:*Building confidence in public speaking and finding their authentic voice/style.*Learning how to structure a presentation.*Identifying and speaking effectively to different audiences. Myself and Pia Henderson, Senior Associate Coach, designed a two part programme to help people meet the above objectives. This included a team off-site experience that was interactive, practical and fun, and up personalised 1-1 coaching sessions with Pia and myself. It has been so rewarding seeing people develop their skills and grow in confidence from the work we've done with them.
