I am a Voice Engineer with more than 15 years of experience equipped with success in telecommunications provisioning, engineering and support in Nortel DMS 100 (ACD, ACD, CCMIS, VME), Cisco Unified Communications like CUCM / CUC / UCCX, ICM, ARC Switchboard, Inova Wallboards and Rostrvm Dialler Solutions. I am accustomed to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels in organisation with a commitment to perform challenging tasks with accuracy and keen attention to detail. I have expertise in TCP / IP networking methods, Cisco network protocols as well as identifying and resolving complex Call Manager faults including MOH, Gateway failures, QOS issues, phone registration and call cut offs, one way transmissions and network failures.
