About Trevor Scott

Im a multi-family real estate property manager and professional with over 10yrs management experience. I currently manage a portfolio that has grown to over 450 units and a team of 10 individuals over two large assets. Creative thinking, flexibility, and an organization has allowed me and my team to manage the successes we’ve seen on my properties. I enjoy a challenge. Within the 6mo of my arrival at my primary 335 unit property in 2016 I increased an 80% occupancy to 100% and have consistently maintained an average year-over-year occupancy of 97% or higher ever since while also accomplishing 60+ full unit remodels. In 2020 I was awarded a second asset of 115 units to manage. I acquired my 2nd asset at the height of the pandemic and eviction moratoriums and a high delinquency rate. Since then average delinquency has been reduced over 80%. At the start of pandemic lockdowns I was quick- and the first in my company- to utilize 3D imaging and videos to drive leading and transition our tours to fully remote which allowed us to stay full over that challenging time. After so many years and experience in driving occupancy, drafting budgets, conducting evictions, turnover management, capital project planning, and so much more, I have had the pleasure of accepting the additional responsibility of “trainer” to my duties. I enjoy getting to share my knowledge and have spent a portion of the past several years traveling across the company training new managers.
