About Trevor Severson

People centric Operations Leader with 11+ years of proven success leading teams and operations in a warehouse/retail setting. I lead others to drive key KPI's and always work with long and short term strategies in mind. I am energized when I can share my leadership and industry knowledge with others to help them grow their skillsets. My leadership experience is concentrated in Warehouse Operations, Training and Development, and Supply Chain management. I am currently Leading teams of up to 10 professional employees and 200+ warehouse employees. My focus is on carrying out the companies values and putting people first in every decision I make and the rest will follow. My mantra is to do the right thing every time for employee and customer experiences. As people around me are taken care of, this in turn drives a more engaged staff that drives an improved customer experience, but also drives company success. Lastly, what drives my decisions is data. I utilize data to lead those around me to deliver optimal KPI performance and strategies in every aspect of the business. Data can come through reports and metric tracking, or it can come through the voices of our employees and customers. Data is powerful, use it!
