About Trevor Sides

My professional journey started in the restaurant industry. I worked for Newk's Eatery as a team member in high school and swiftly advanced to the general manager. My 12 years working at the restaurant allowed me to develop my leadership ability, operate under stressful conditions, and become an expert in interpersonal communication. I led the restaurant to record breaking profitability, and built life long relationships.Once that chapter was closed, I moved from Alabama to Fort Collins, CO. During this transition I fractured my leg in a rappelling accident and I needed a job that pushed me physically, but also grew my confidence so I could return to rock climbing. I decided To work for United Window Cleaning, which allowed me to build my body back and gain useful skills in ladder work and physical labor. Most importantly, it reminded me that gratitude is the attitude. Currently, I am a Personal Banking Representative II for Alpine Bank in Fort Collins, CO. My time with company has been relatively short but the growth for my career has been immense. The company culture with an attitude for employee development has empowered me and set me on a career path that I am extremely grateful for.
