Leading small teams in high-stakes situations taught me the importance of clear communication, trust, and putting people first. Whether coordinating efforts in fast-moving environments or making sure everyone had what they needed to succeed, I’ve always focused on bringing out the best in my team. I’ve also taken on large-scale training efforts, like leading Verbal Judo sessions for over 700 personnel, which reinforced my passion for sharing knowledge and building confidence in others.
