Throughout my academic and professional journey, I have gained experience in various projects that have showcased my ability to work with data and provide valuable insights. Another project involved analyzing credit standing based on different variables using statistical analysis and creating a decision tree model in Python. Additionally, I embarked on a personal project where I used SQL and Power BI to transform and visualize data for a bike store, providing the sales team with an interactive dashboard. In my work experience, I served as an office manager and part-owner of a genetic testing company, Medicorp, LLC. I leveraged my data analysis skills to provide dashboards for inventory, sales, and budget, streamlining decision-making processes. I also automated the hiring and training process to improve efficiency. Currently, I am working remotely as a Customer Service representative at Webstaurant Store, where I utilize Power BI dashboards to analyze and monitor performance metrics. With a Bachelor's degree in Integrated Studies, focusing on Education, I bring a well-rounded perspective to problem-solving and effective communication.
