I’m a mission-critical operations leader with a deep interest in electrical and mechanical theory, and a proven ability to lead high-performing teams in complex technical environments. Currently serving as a Critical Environment Technician Manager at Microsoft, I oversee infrastructure operations and technician development in hyperscale data centers, ensuring safety, reliability, and strategic alignment with Microsoft’s global standards. I previously served as Interim Critical Environment Operations Manager (CEOM) for the AVC01/AVC09 campuses, where I led cross-site operations, risk mitigation efforts, and organizational training initiatives. During that time, I launched “The Board,” a hands-on development platform designed to standardize knowledge transfer and accelerate technician proficiency. Before entering the data center industry, I spent 8 years in the U.S. Navy’s Nuclear Propulsion Program, where I supervised large teams, operated and maintained nuclear systems, and cultivated a mindset of procedural excellence, teamwork, and adaptability. I thrive at the intersection of theory and practice; constantly seeking to expand my knowledge of power systems, control logic, and mechanical operations. Whether mentoring junior technicians, solving technical problems, or optimizing CMMS workflows, I bring curiosity, integrity, and a passion for learning to everything I do.
