With over 10 years experience, Trevor Wulff is a community building training and technical assistance (TTA) specialist with an aggregate of experience in training and program development, paired with outreach, engagement, and facilitation in the government sector. He has created, revised, and facilitated a myriad of TTA programs for grantees, and both local and federal agencies such as the Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention (OJJDP), Healthy Marriage Responsible Fatherhood (HMRF), and the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA), leading education, criminal justice, and emergency management initiatives with professional and personal development for juveniles and adults alike. Fostering and emphasizing culture, Mr. Wulff serves as a change agent among constituents, building a sound foundation for learning based on passion, empathy, and understanding by utilizing adult learning techniques and plain language standards to effectively connect with audiences, whether in a virtual, hybrid, or in-person setting.
