Detail-oriented QA Engineer with a strong foundation in technical support, ERP integrations, and RESTful API implementation. Recently promoted from a support engineering role after demonstrating cross-functional expertise in debugging, test planning, and process improvement across complex enterprise environments. I hold a Computer Science degree from North Dakota State University and bring proficiency in Java, C#, C++, Python, and JavaScript. My experience working closely with cross-functional teams has developed my strengths in communication, collaboration, and problem solving skills I honed further while serving as President of the NDSU Rocket League Club for two years. Outside of work, I enjoy endurance running and have completed two marathons an experience that mirrors my commitment to discipline, perseverance, and long-term growth.
