I recently began a new chapter in my career by joining the Proposal Team at Robinson Aviation. Previously, at BlockMesa, I oversaw the daily operations of diverse real estate assets, including self-storage facilities, long-term and short-term residential properties, and commercial real estate. My role involved identifying and presenting both on- and off-market investment opportunities to principal investors, designing construction expansions for storage facilities, and developing value-add strategies to maximize revenue. Beyond real estate, I hold a Master of Science degree from Oklahoma State University in Aviation and Space and have worked in Technical Publications at American Airlines where I held a Co-Op position. I am proficient in STC, Perfect, DART, eManuals, Adobe Suite, and Microsoft Office and hold a National Incident Management System (NIMS) certification from FEMA.
