Previously, Mr. Kline acted as Senior Transaction Manager for CBRE’s Frito-Lay/PepsiCo account in Plano, TX, where he orchestrated a complexity of acquisitions, dispositions, and build-to-suit construction projects for manufacturing and distribution facilities in North America. His experience not only enabled him to manage 200+ transactions simultaneously but also enhanced Frito-Lay’s build-to-suit processes, expediting market entry and operational efficiency. From sourcing and negotiating the land acquisition to securing financing, collaborating with architects, engineers, and value-engineering due to post-Covid headwinds, Mr. Kline's involvement was integral to the hospital's development, poised to deliver exceptional care via a state-of-the-art medical facility designed specifically for small animals. By virtue of his adept multitasking skills, Mr. Kline balances his responsibilities at CBRE and Danaher with the role of Director of Operations at WVH.
