My career spans 19 years in the Oil & Gas and process plant industries as a Senior Piping Engineer. I have worked with high-profile clients and international contractors to execute quite a number of EPC projects starting from Gas Field Project, Oilfield Project, FPSO, Offshore Platform Project and Onshore Processing Facility with type project greenfield or brownfield. I am familiar with various design codes and standards such as ASME, ANSI, API, etc and standard produce by Client. My proven ability as a capable Piping Engineer which are covered Pipe Stress Analysis, Piping Material, Piping Layout & Design and Project Management is evident in handling of basic engineering and detail design engineering tasks independently. RESPONSIBILITIES AS SENIOR/LEAD PIPING ENGINEER • Responsible for design, prepare specification and services related to piping systems and piping layout including piping material selection, piping material line classes, standard and specialty piping components, pressure, weight and thermal analysis of piping systems, vibration analysis and piping support systems. • Independently evaluates, selects, and applies standard engineering techniques, procedure, and criteria, using judgment in making minor adaptations and modifications. • Responsible for establishing, developing and maintaining the procedures and technical standards of piping for the company • Prepares documents for project bid package and proposal project • Supervises and leads a group of engineers and designers during execution of engineering project. • Provides technical guidance to designers and engineers to develop drawings and documents such as plot plan drawings, piping plan diagrams, isometric drawings, pipe stress analysis, material take off, material requisitions, and technical bid evaluation • Perform and Assist Team 3D modeling for Review project 30%, 60%, and 90% progress Working company List - PT Singgar Mulia Engineering Consultant ( Pre-FEED, FEED, Post FEED, DED, EPCI) from 2014 - current - PT Gunanusa Utama Fabricator ( EPCI ) 2013 - PT AMEC Berca Indonesia ( FEED, DED, EPCI ) 2011-2013 - PT Rekayasa Engineering ( FEED, DED, EPCI ) 2007-2011
