About Tri Ho

I am a newly graduated Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) with a strong clinical foundation and a passion for delivering comprehensive, patient-centered care. My education includes a Post-Master’s Certificate as an FNP and a Master of Science in Nursing from California Baptist University, where I maintained a 3.8 GPA, and a Bachelor of Science in Health Science from California State University, Fullerton. My experience spans various healthcare settings, including emergency medicine, critical care, pediatrics, occupational medicine, and family practice. Through my FNP clinical rotations, I have gained over 700 hours of hands-on experience in diverse specialties, including urgent care, family medicine, internal medicine, pediatrics, and occupational health. My background as a Registered Nurse in emergency and charge nurse roles has equipped me with strong leadership skills and the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments. I am proud to hold multiple certifications, including AANP FNP-C, ACLS, PALS, BLS, and NIH Stroke Scale. I am also a member of Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing, the American Nurses Association, and the Emergency Nurses Association, reflecting my commitment to lifelong learning and excellence in nursing. I am excited to leverage my education, skills, and experience to make a meaningful impact on patient outcomes.
