I’m an operation professional with a Bachelor of Business Administration and progressive experience supporting large-scale organizational functions in the public sector. Over the past several years, I’ve built a strong foundation in process improvement, workflow optimization, budgeting, vendor relations, and regulatory compliance across multi-site environments. In my current role as a Seniors Central Operations Coordinator with Niagara Region, I manage budget forecasting, vendor management, policy compliance, and staff training systems for seven long-term care homes. I’ve introduced workflow automation tools in Excel, SharePoint, and Learning Management Systems that have reduced administrative time, strengthened data accuracy, and improved cross-functional collaboration between leadership and staff. Some highlights of my experience include- Designing dashboards and macros that cut administrative task time by 50%- Automating onboarding and training processes, reducing preparation time, and improving compliance reporting - Supporting RFP processes with data-driven analysis to streamline vendor selection- Coordinating stakeholder committees and leadership forums to improve decision-making and alignment.
