Over twenty five (25) years of experience in piping design engineering for the oil/gas, and industrial facility projects. Experience in preparation of piping design deliverables for fabrication and construction packages using multiple design software Smart Plant SP3d / 3D PDS, 3D Bentley Auto-plant,CADWorx, Microstation,Auto-CAD and Navisworks. I began my career at the Fluor Corporation, completing their piping design, layout and checking training programs. Having been responsible for the layout of process equipment, piping systems and support structures has allowed me to take projects from initial concept through the final design, 3D modeling, isometric production and checking to successful project completion. My responsibility included preparing Piping Plans, Piping Isometrics, Equipment Layout, Plot Plans, P & ID, Material take-offs, Pipe Support,Tie-in List, Line List, Vessel and Tank Nozzle Orientation, and As-built drawings. Also develops 3D models of piping, equipment, in-line instruments, and structurals. Performs site surveys and field walkdowns for technical verifications. Sound knowledge of various requirements of process and utility piping engineering, such as ISBL/OSBL design and drafting techniques. Familiar with relevant industry standards and codes such as ASME/ANSI/API. Applies the principles of quality piping design such as constructability, operability, maintainability, economics, and safety. Extensive international and workshare experience.
