Currently, working for a private company engaged in industrial supply and services. Responsible to lead the team, control the projects, create business strategies and create industrial relationship. Contribute to making the system of business activities more organized and easier to access, increasing business revenue, and improving customer satisfaction. Bachelor Degree in Engineering Physics with six years experiences in PT GMF AeroAsia (Tbk), a part of Garuda Indonesia Group that focus on Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul Company for Aircraft and Industrial Services. As a Senior Quality System Engineer, has the responsibility to ensure maintenance, repair, and overhaul are meet the Safety Compliance and Regulations by perform Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment and Mitigation through Safety Management System Implementation. Believe in the implementation of good maintenance practice will reduce the risk that exposed in the workplace. Familiar with Safety Reporting, Safety Promotion, Safety Risk Management, Safety Audit, Safety Investigation, Safety Culture, Fatigue Risk Management, Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment and Mitigation (HIRAM) and Emergency Response Plan. Has developed Web-based Internal Occurrence Report by enhancing several features, currently used by the company as Voluntary Safety Reporting System. Has developed Safety Culture methods for Safety Culture Survey. Has developed Fatigue Risk Management System to capture symptoms of fatigue in the workplace. In addition, contributed in achieving International Safety Award by British Safety Council in 2019. Able to work in multinational and multicultural environment, strong leadership, management knowledge and skills, time-efficient, systematic working methodology, and rapid adaptability to new problem-solving. Communicating and reporting with good English skills that useful for multinational company.
