Firstly, Thank you for taking the time to read about me. I could tell you my life story, but despite my few years of existence on Mother Earth, this space provided by Linkedin may be insufficient. Instead, I am going to TRY to tell you about how amazing I am at my job.(I sincerely believe willingness to try is an important trait in every human being.) I am a simple person and strongly believe in 'Less is More'. So, everything I do is based on the simple philosophy of doing one thing at a time which will bring maximum focus, clarity, effectiveness and results. Born and Bred in India, Being a full-time mother of 2 and working 9to5*5 has taught me that every madness can be methodised. Besides the famous data point that women are natural entrepreneurs; I am passionate about Business, Marketing, New Product Development and Product Life cycle management. I actually use them in my personal life to manage my household (voice under breath ‘Profitably’ -)). I am adaptable and agile to whatever changes come my way and my open mindedness and courage to ask questions enable me to be an extremely fast learner. Working with ethical multinational companies and some really great professionals, managers and colleagues has only enriched my experience. My strengths lie in the ability to work easily with all personality types (cough. cough. Grown up babies to actual babies -)) across all levels of management. I am great at overcoming resistance from stakeholders in an inclusive and win-win fashion.(Years of consciously and continuously working on my impatience has been a huge contributor for that.) I overdeliver with finesse and thrive in roles which are out of my comfort zone and allow me a steep learning curve. I cherish working with value driven and truly customer focussed organisations. If not working, you will see me with my family, covered in soil with a spade/ watering can or a book.
