About Tricia Dillon Thomas

With over 25 years in nonprofit and education roles, my deepest joy is in building relationships. Whether it's to listen and brainstorm, vision and dream, or create strategies to help meet goals, the process is just as fun to me as the end goal. I thrive when I am being creative, thinking outside the box, asking questions, finding unique solutions or just sitting in the mess and figuring out how we got here, what we've learned, and how we might do better. I enjoy leading, preaching, and teaching, but am equally content to stay in the quiet behind the scenes work necessary to any job. Previous work centered on hospitality, food insecurity, and creating spaces that make room for often marginalized voices, and those experiences have prepared me for my current position in supporting rural, urban, and first call pastors. I am scrappy and have had a lot of side gigs throughout the years. I'm a good editing. I have picked up web design, marketing and development, and nonprofit leadership skills. I've worked as a consultant to those new in nonprofit and/or ministry fields and relish getting to mentor those on the journey.
