Tricia Epping is a Sr. Human Resources Business Partner for Quad, based out of Sussex, WI. Quad purchased DFW based Ivie & Associates, a retail marketing service provider, as part of their 3.0 marketing initiative. Tricia worked at Ivie as a Director of Human Resources prior to the acquisition. Tricia's career started in 1994 in the healthcare insurance industry with John Deere Healthcare headquarterd in Moline, IL. At John Deere Healthcare she handled financial accounting and benefits analysis. In her roles within Human Resources at Ivie, Tricia has supported a 100% growth in employee headcount. Her roles at Ivie included payroll, recruiting, HRIS administration, employee relations and other general human resources functions. Tricia's background in employee relations, finance and benefits combined with her long standing experience with Ivie provides with her with a unique perspective on identifying candidates that will continue Quad's success. A graduate of St.Ambrose University in Davenport, IA, Tricia moved to the Dallas, Texas area in 2003.
