About Tricia Stuart

I had been part of very successful Sales Director of a Fortune 500 Company for 15 years building a business from the ground up and achieving the top 2% of that billion dollar company while raising kids. Though I was considered successful in leadership in that organization, I was not in the financial position to support my family when hideous divorce and destruction hit my life and I needed benefits and insurance for 4 kids and me in an instant. I walked away from 15yrs of blood, sweat, tears, and triumphs. The incredible leadership/ sales training and experience I had gained though has proven to serve me well in Corporate America. My strengths are in training, mentoring, recruiting, transferring skills, and developing strong powerful sales/customer service teams of every kind. I had been in the hospitality industry 15years as both Director of Sales and General Manager of 3 brands ultimately creating Award Winning Hotels under every umbrella. I'd love to utilize my 15yrs of training and be a corporate or regional trainer for a large corporation where I'd get to pay my skills forward. Specialties: My Leadership strength is impacting PEOPLE to learn to lead. I have studied the DISC personality profiling to impact expansion of all size businesses in both sales, sales management or directorship.
