Over the last 21 years, I have led strategic transformation initiatives across the BFSI sector, working at the intersection of IT delivery, Agile coaching & Implementation and business process automation. My mission? To help enterprises accelerate outcomes, not just output. At Mphasis, I reduced sprint cycle time by 15% and drove a 20% cost reduction through an RPA initiative that saved the equivalent of 15 FTEs. Whether guiding teams as a Scrum Master, building Agile development frameworks in automation from the ground up, or enabling leadership buy-in for Agile adoption, I bring a practitioner’s eye with a strategist’s vision.
