I’m an energetic and curious professional who loves turning challenges into opportunities to grow, both for myself and for the people around me. I’m especially driven by making sales processes smoother, smarter, and more effective, whether that means refining workflows, improving collaboration, or introducing automation where it truly makes sense. With a background in account management, sales, and customer success, I’ve developed strong skills in negotiation, communication, and relationship-building. I have a big interest in optimizing sales operations and I’m hands-on with CRM systems. I’ve even led the full implementation of a new CRM from scratch in my current role. Efficiency, structure, and clarity are important to me, but I always balance them with a human approach. As a people leader, I focus on combining data-driven insights with empathy and trust to help teams perform at their best. Outside of work, I love to travel and discover the world. Also a dog person.
