Combining my experience as a lawyer as well as a manager in an international consulting company, I understand the needs of any size of business. I help start-ups and growing companies with their legal and strategic needs. I review and draft contracts (including service agreements, investment agreements, term sheets, shareholders' agreements, privacy policies, terms of use, non-disclosure agreements, internal company policies, etc.) I have 10+ years of experience advising companies in the gaming industry. I have advised game studios, accelerators, investors, and publishers across the world (Europe, the Middle East, Asia, U.S.). I have advised companies in all investment stages, such as copyright and license issues, publishing agreements, investment agreements, game development agreements, terms of use, privacy policies, etc. I love to work with businesses and NGOs that give back and make the world a better place.
