He had worked in different industrial verticals and most of the times had been in the shoes of a sales person which helped him in understanding people better. These insights gradually helped him in having better market foresight and his bachelor’s degree in commerce backed his intuitions. Engaging in fruitful discourses with customers made him realize that if there is a common quest that every human shares, voluntarily or involuntarily is nothing but to travel, explore new places, meet new people, understand their culture and get mesmerized by nature’s wonder. With business started growing, he spent his time in exploring new ways of serving the travelers. As before, he wanted to address a common problem that every traveler faced and then design a product that mitigates the same. Soon he realized that though everybody loved travelling the majority refrained due to the cost involved and more than 50% of the cost was incurred for the hotel stays. There were lots of mobile applications available in the market which suggested lower rates for the same rooms and also travel memberships based on timeshare, but all went serving the upper strata of the society where the majority still found it expensive. This led in the emergence of Club Travalet, which fulfilled the travel & tour dreams of a commoner. The product addressed the majority and within a short span of time swayed the market. The membership too was on timeshare basis but then helped people to get luxury stays at the most affordable rates. During the validity period one could travel anytime, anywhere in India and could avail luxury stays for the respective days. The product indeed revolutionized the tour and travel industry and being the master brain behind, Mr. Trijo Joseph is on his way to drive in investments to make the product available to everyone around the world.
