About Trinee Moraes

As an agent relations coordinator at AGS Movers, I have been providing excellent customer service, coordinating with agents, and solving moving and relocation issues for over four years. I have also been working as a customer service/export coordinator at AGS Worldwide Movers since 2015, where I manage international and domestic shipments, handle documentation and compliance, and build rapport with agents and customers. I have a master's degree and a bachelor's degree in finance/marketing, and two certifications in cybersecurity basics and fraud and social engineering from BlueSecure. I am passionate about finding simple and creative solutions for complex and challenging problems, and I enjoy working with diverse and talented teams. I have skills in problem solving, communication, and creative problem solving, which help me deliver high-quality results and exceed customer expectations. I also have expertise in the moving and relocation industry, where I have gained valuable insights into the market trends, pricing strategies, and financial aspects of the business. I am looking for opportunities to grow and learn in this dynamic and exciting field, and to contribute to the success and growth of AGS Movers.
