I am a sociable, cheerful and hardworking individual who has over eight years of reliable customer service experience. I have been a server for seven years at Skyline in Louisville, Kentucky and have been fortunate enough to acquire numerous regulars who appreciate the service I have provided. During this time I have also worked at Beef O Bradies and gained bartending and management experience. For two years I worked at Humana as a customer service call representative in a work from home environment. My experience with these companies has significantly improved my ability to adapt, learn and connect both physically and virtually. I am familiar with extensive new hire training and am capable of rapidly learning material in a detail oriented way. Providing a warm, accurate and accommodating experience to customers and team members is something I am accustomed to and take absolute pride in. I am currently looking for a position that I can continuously assist with my customer service knowledge and provide an eager workplace attitude for customers and fellow employees.
