About Trinity George

Experienced Registered Social Worker with a demonstrated history of leadership in crisis and case management, having worked in the mental health care industry, child welfare, extensive history working with juvenile offenders, nonprofit organizations; and in my most recent role in the Louisiana education system, as the Early Childhood Guide Facilitator for the Rapides Parish School District. In that role I recruited and managed the day-to-day operations of the Child Care Assistance Program (CCAP). Today, I am employed as a Program Consultant with the Louisiana Office of Juvenile Justice. As a dedicated community and social services professional, I hold a Master of Science in Criminal Justice and Corrections from Grambling State University and a Master of Social Work from Stephen F. Austin State University. I remain committed to advocating for delinquent youth and their families, working collaboratively within state government to support meaningful and lasting change.Through continued advocacy, strategic planning, and strong partnerships with colleagues and community providers, I strive to hold youth accountable while promoting self-resilience, personal growth, and the value of higher education. By equipping youth in both secured and non-secured care placements with the tools and support necessary to make responsible decisions, it is my goal to help reduce recidivism and foster pathways to long-term success. In doing so, we work collectively to improve outcomes and strengthen the future of youth within today’s criminal justice system.
