About Trinity Kennedy

As a DEI and social justice leader, consultant, influencer and educator, I have 10+ years of experience partnering with non-profit organizations, academic institutions, and communities seeking to advance their mission by promoting DEI values for the benefit and growth of their workforce and underrepresented communities, while helping to improve and update their business practices and decision-making processes. Born in Ohio and raised in 3 different countries, I have experienced and learned to value and hold space for other’s lived experiences. I have a passion for promoting social and racial equity in the workplace and in attracting and advancing careers for the underrepresented community members and employees. I strive to educate on effective strategies for integrating DEI principles into organizational practices and teaching on subjects like gender pronouns and supportive transition pathways in the workplace. I have successfully designed and initiated results-oriented DEI-focused processes, plans, programs, workshops, trainings, dialogues, and have made space for discussions with senior leaders, people managers and staff that encourage learning, reflection, awareness and understanding as well as intersectionality across marginalized communities and our allies.
