About Trinity Khumalo

Trinity obtained his LLB degree at the University of Johannesburg. Trinity is an admitted Legal Practitioner (Attorney) of the High Court. In June 2019 Trinity was employed by AJ Venter & Associates Inc. as a candidate attorney mainly in the labour, civil, criminal, and family department. His duties while serving his articles included drafting court documents and opinions, attending to disciplinary hearings, conciliation, arbitrations at the CCMA and bargaining councils, general criminal litigation, and general civil litigation. Upon completing his articles with AJ Venter & Associates Inc. He was employed as a Legal Consultant under the supervision of the Director of the firm whereby I head the Labour Department and Motor Vehicle Collision Department. Trinity specialized in general civil litigation drafting, disciplinary hearings, settlement negotiations, conciliations, arbitrations, and review applications. In light of the above he looked to further his experience and exposure within employment law by joining LabourNet as an Industrial Relations Consultant. Upon leaving LabourNet he joined Capitec Bank as an Employee Relations Consultant where he mainly deals with; providing specialist advice to employees and management on aspects relating to Labour/Employee Relations matters, training on Employee / Labour Relations matters, process and procedures, representing Capitec Bank at the CCMA, research done on all Employee/Labour Relations matters including Legislation to update internal policies and procedures, identifying risks related to the application of Employee/Labour relations policies and procedures as being followed within Capitec Bank (risk analysis) & Mitigating Labour Risk.
