About Trinity Steelman
I am a native of Ely, Nevada, and a long-time Northeastern Nevada resident. Upon moving to Elko in I continued my more than 30-year insurance career with IMS, Lucini/Parish Insurance, ABD Insurance and Wells Fargo Insurance Services via mergers and acquisitions. In 2011, I became an owner at McMullen Insurance and later, in 2016, McMullen Insurance and our team joined the LP Insurance family. I now hold the position of Chief Operating Officer (COO) as well as the Benefits Practice Leader and a principal owner. As COO, I am responsible for the daily operations as well as processes, strategies, and growth, throughout the LP footprint. Additionally, as the Benefits Practice Leader, I drives the employee benefits programs, development and more. I am an active member of her northeastern Nevada community, including serving as a board member of Northeastern Nevada Regional Hospital, as well as supporting numerous organizations such as area Boys & Girls Clubs, the local hospice, high school programs and cancer-fighting charities.
