About Tripti Kaur

I’m a passionate Software Developer with a strong foundation in Python and full-stack development, currently working at Tata Elxsi. My journey began as an intern in February 2023, leading to a full-time role in June 2023, where I’ve had the opportunity to work on impactful, large-scale enterprise projects. I’ve gained hands-on experience in Python, Spring Boot, Java, and MySQL, with a focus on developing scalable backend systems. Alongside backend work, I’ve built responsive, user-focused interfaces using React.js and Tailwind CSS, ensuring seamless integration and performance. My contributions to the TML Leap Project (Milestone 4) earned me Agility and Ownership badges, recognizing my quick adaptation to new technologies and dedication to delivering high-quality results. I'm grateful to have received appreciation from my manager for my technical ownership, eagerness to learn, and consistent responsiveness. Currently, I’m expanding my expertise in AI and Generative AI (GenAI), with hands-on exposure to LLMs, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and Prompt Engineering. I’m passionate about leveraging modern technologies to solve real-world problems and continuously strive to grow as a developer and innovator.
