About Tripti T.

I have spent nearly a decade in the BFSI sector and worked across multiple roles and channels, managed relationships, nurtured people and teams, got the right results, and won accolades all the way! Starting my career with "Banassurance" while it was still very much a new initiative, way back in 2003-04 soon after insurance markets had opened up. Graduating into different facets of retail/corporate/banks/HNIs businesses while ensuring growth for the segment as well as the organizations where I worked. In my last assignment, I was working very closely with the PSUs, SMEs/MSMEs/ corporates, and banks to offer a wide range of employee benefit products. Adding many new clients and winning new deals ensured that the segment grew by more than 500%. Selected for many awards, trips and was a part of "MD & CEO Club" twice. In my current role, in an asset management company, I have been managing a great mix of portfolios of institutional business clients comprising of some elite start-ups, big and small corporates, etc. The experience of capital markets for the last couple of years has been quite rewarding and enriching. I wish to learn and grow through all my experiences that's how I'm looking forward to each day!
