Having worked for two years in Real Estate across portfolio management, sales and lettings I have realised that my main interests and strengths lie in playing with numbers and helping clients manage their investment portfolio. I would now like to progress my career in portfolio management and property management. Working for the family business over the two years has enabled me to develop my skills in creating various financial models to forecast and monitor performance. I also led on the research and analysis of the potential acquisitions and presented viability of each to key stakeholders. In my two London estate agency roles I fostered many relationships with clients to help them meet their property goals. My approach was empathetic, professional and results driven at all times. For example I negotiated and agreed all rental offers within 24 hours of viewings.
