Experience in a variety of different types of commercial property related work, including acquisition and disposal of commercial land and buildings, as well as businesses, taking and granting of both leases and licenses, and investigation and advice on title issues generally. Experience in advising banks and other lenders Provision of legal support to personal investors with Self-Invested Personal Pension Schemes (SIPPS), and also the SIPP Trustees themselves. Experience in corporate support, covering the property aspects of company incorporations, acquisitions and disposals, including the drafting and negotiating of warranties, disclosure letters, property licences and other documentation, in addition to the investigation or deduction of title, as appropriate.
