I am the Best Fleets to Drive For Program Manager, a position I am passionate about. I get to work with fleets of all sizes, across North America to improve the trucking industry's programs, retention, and driver appreciation. A part of my role is bringing the lessons we learn from Best Fleets every year to all fleets at our annual Education & Award Conference. All fleets are welcome to come and learn what trends we're seeing, what initiatives fleets have implemented, and the successes they've had. and the lessons they learned along the way. As for me, I'm a results-driven professional with a successful track record of developing and implementing public relations plans and marketing strategies. I'm a strong problem solver, able to prioritize effectively and manage multiple projects with aggressive deadlines while meeting all business objectives, including nurturing client, media, and coworker relationships.
