With over 10 years of progressive experience in the healthcare sector, I am a passionate and results-oriented leader of system strategy and implementation at Ontario Health, focusing on health equity and system transformation. I leverage my MBA, PMP, and Lean Six Sigma credentials to lead and deliver complex and high-impact projects that enhance patient-centred care, improve access and quality, and optimize efficiency and effectiveness. As a strategic thinker and problem solver, I collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify and address system gaps and opportunities, and to develop and implement innovative and evidence-based solutions that align with organizational and provincial priorities and goals. I have a proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously, from planning and execution to monitoring and evaluation, using agile and lean methodologies and tools.
