Across my career spanning more than 25 years in nonprofits, both on the funder and the grantee side, I have been driven by mission-related work that benefits people and communities. Making a difference in the world and in people's lives motivates me, as does building and sustaining internal and external relationships. As a systems-oriented thinker, I excel at focusing on the details without losing sight of the big picture – fulfilling the organization’s goals and mission. I approach challenges and opportunities with a learning mindset, and tackle projects with bold creativity. I am a skilled coach and instructor, and I love translating complex information into easily understood content for different audiences by designing and delivering effective training programs. I am passionate about supporting the efforts of values-based organizations that promote social justice and DEI initiatives.
