As a Project Manager at Infrastructure Ontario, I oversee the delivery of complex and innovative healthcare redevelopment projects under the P3 model, with a focus on quality, efficiency, and stakeholder satisfaction. I have more than 20 years of combined experience in hospital redevelopment and healthcare, with credentials in emergency and critical care nursing and management, patient navigation, experience in commercial refrigeration estimating /designing, and project management. My core competencies include managing project scope, schedule, budget, and risks, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, liaising with clients and partners, and ensuring compliance with standards and regulations. I also leverage my nursing background and knowledge of electronic health records, direct patient care, and patient advocacy to understand and address the needs and challenges of the healthcare sector. I am passionate about delivering solutions that improve the health and well-being of the communities I serve.
