I've happily joined a company who needs a loyal, competitive, honest person. One who understands that life is to be lived with grace. I value a team who can have fun at work while being highly productive, and where we all share common goals. I like to make a positive impact on others. I started out as a part time lunch/drive up teller and seasoned through nearly 15 years of loan officer, operations officer, compliance manager, branch mgr, to Area Manager. I've certified as a train the trainer, teaching sales and service skills. I’ve enjoyed being an Opportunity Knocks Group Facilitator, and the learning environment."The answer is in the room!"​ I'm known for producing results, through positive reinforcement, lead by example, and effective feedback. This includes accepting feedback, understanding it's message, and implementing for positive outcomes. Well experienced in employee development, a passion for my clients, and immense love for commercial loans. I'm highly analytical, enjoy problem solving, and winning the day. I'm highly competitive, but will step back when I see another person needing the morale boost of a "win"​ as well. I'm more for the TEAM win, than a personal win, any day! I find it exciting to work for a company who's vision so tightly aligns with my own. We both value our stockholders, our customers and team members as a joint primary focus. I have been a Junior Achievement volunteer since January 2015, and have stayed fairly- steadily busy with classes year round. Spending time with students of all ages has given me a softer side to add to the many acquired skills listed above. I love what I do!
